My paintings attempt to capture the dynamic interaction of mind, body and environment, celebrating the role of the landscape in shaping our identities and deepening our understanding of ourselves.

I write, too, about the artist mindset and finding meaning in our midlife. Above all, I believe in the value of creativity, whether we are artists ourselves or seek to make space in our lives for art, in other ways.

Because art makes us better.
